My Review on Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion(Season 1)

Code Geass is an Anime you may/may not like. The story are cliched(Lelouch battles Britannia. He gains Japanese support. He loses supporters. He gains supporters. He accidently kills thousands of his supporters. He twists this to gain more supporters.) This anime uses Mecha as its main/initial weapons. (REMIND YOU, IF YOU HATE TO SEE BIG-ASS ROBOT FIGHTS EACH OTHER, YOU BETTER STAY AWAY FROM THIS ANIME!).

STORY: 7/10
I like the story of this anime, even though its cliche, Code Geass has its on style of story-telling. I am sticked with this anime when I watched its first episode. The way Lelouch command/destroy the Knightmares are awesome. I don`t want to talk much about the story because some of the readers might have not start this anime yet.

Characters: 8/10

• Human Characters:

The characters in this anime are well designed(Designed by CLAMP, so they`re excellent!). My favorite characters; Suzaku & Shirley. Some of you might like/fall in love with Lelouch, same goes to me BUT!(Yes its a big butt but lol) I started to hate him when he losses control of his Geass!

• Mecha:

The mecha(known as Knightmare Frame in the anime) of this anime are different from Gundam, Knightmare Frames are smaller and they have a unique design.Knightmare Frames often have a humanoid shape and are usually between four and five meters tall. In addition to the standard range of bipedal movement, Knightmare Frames are equipped with Landspinners, self-propelled roller skates attached to the ankles of the machines, which allow them to achieve high mobility and speeds on most terrain. Visual data is gathered through Factsphere sensors, which have thermographic capability and an array of other data-collection functions which are collated in real-time. Factspheres are commonly protected under a layer of armor which can be retracted to improve system sensitivity. Knightmare Frames are piloted from a cockpit set in the protruding 'hump back' in the unit. The cockpit is a self-contained control center which can be ejected in case of emergency.

Sound: 9/10
The opening and ending theme of this anime is excellent,(except for the 2nd opening) the insert song, stories by Hitomi Kuroishi is perfect for this anime! ;)
